Recovery is about being able to show up as your fu Recovery is about being able to show up as your full self.

This Pride Month, we celebrate LGBTQ+ individuals in recovery and reaffirm that everyone deserves access to support, connection, and community.

At the Pittsburgh Recovery Walk, there is no single story of recovery. There are thousands of stories, identities, experiences, and paths forward.

And every one of them matters. 🌈💜

Mental health and substance use are deeply connected, and caring for your mental health is part of the recovery process.

Healing isn’t always visible. This month, we’re holding space for every part of the journey, including the hard days, the progress, and everything in between.
